OK product

I loved the pressed mica powder pallets and was waiting for them to be restocked. When pinky pastels came out, I gave several a try. Where as I loved the past mica powder pallets, these are just so so. I understood they are matte so they will be different than the shimmery micas. I love the pallets for classes with kids- much less messy than jars of mica powders. I have run a couple classes with these and the students (adults and children) are not liking them. I notice they start to use them and then shift to the jars. When I tried them, I find its harder to get intense color on your raw clay as compared to mica power in jars and the compressed pallets. They are nice range of colors but seem to only highlight and not color as well as my matte pigments in a jar. Not sure why. I will continue to use them personally since I purchased severeal, but will not include them with my class supplies for future classes.
