How to create a mini shrine pendant using polymer clay, mica powder, and silkscreen

Did you know you can use mica or mineral matte pigment loose powders with a CreateAlong silkscreen? You just need a decent brush - one with the ability to pounce the powder through the screen, so not too soft, not too stiff!

Once you've got your brush in hand, everything else is a breeze!

Our Scalloped Shrine Cutters would be a great choice for this project. Find all of our silkscreens HERE.  We also offer the Jewel Shimmer pigment palette. Lastly, our Texture Tips stamps would be a great option for adding a design to the pendant, as would any of our texture mats or stamps!

Really enjoyed this video! I loved the silk screening with mica powders. I did not realize I could do that, but I am definitely going to use it in the future! Thank you!
